YouTube Reachs All-Time High of 14.6 Billion Videos Viewed


June 24, 2010 – comScore, Inc. today released May 2010 data from the comScore Video Metrix service showing that 183 million U.S. Internet users watched online video during the month. YouTube.com achieved record levels of viewing activity in May with an all-time high of 14.6 billion videos viewed and surpassing the threshold of 100 videos per viewer for the first time.


New York Times Ranks as Top Online Newspaper


June 16, 2010 – comScore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today released a report of the top U.S. online newspaper groups based on the comScore Media Metrix service. The report showed that more than 123 million Americans visited newspaper sites in May, representing 57 percent of the total U.S. Internet audience, as the New York Times Brand led the category with more than 32 million visitors and 719 million pages viewed during the month.

June 15, 2010 – comScore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today released its monthly analysis of U.S. Web activity for May 2010. The Flowers/Gifts/Greetings category grew 23 percent to 36 million visitors in May, led by AmericanGreetings Property with 10.4 million visitors. ProFlowers.com ranked second in the category with 7.3 million visitors (up 168 percent) as Americans looked to buy bouquets for Mother’s Day.


U.S. E-Commerce Spending Up 10 Percent vs. Year Ago


May 21, 2010 – comScore, Inc. today released its Q1 2010 U.S. retail e-commerce sales estimates, which showed that online retail spending neared $34 billion for the quarter, up 10 percent versus a year ago.
